What is ‘R2H’?

R2H Studios had its official beginning as ‘Rent 2 Home Studios’ here in Southwest Florida in 2020 as a resource to bring functional, personalized design solutions to long-term renters and first-time homeowners. Through space planning and furniture layouts, product sourcing, and renovation consultations, as well as detailed scope documentation and construction plans, Rent 2 Home Studios has been able to bring a creative balance to form and function while keeping each of our client’s unique needs our top priority.
Now, as R2H Studios, our client-driven focus has been refined to provide comprehensive design and drafting services tailored for high-end residential and commercial projects. We work closely with Contractors, Interior Designers, Engineers, and other industry professionals to create detailed plans to reflect each of our client’s unique visions and requirements.
Our background of expertise stems from over 20 years of experience throughout the fields of drafting, interior design, construction planning, and event production. We have had the privilege of designing projects nationwide from bespoke Californian vineyard estates and wineries, to Family retreats in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, to high-end condos and homes here in beautiful Southwest Florida – the place which we have had the privilege to call home for more than a decade.
